My journey to writing Carbon Block Puzzle started when I watched the documentary Before the Flood at age six. While watching it, my heart broke. I felt terribly sad for people who are suffering to get even their essential needs due to climate change. Even though I was sad, I still wanted to help stop climate change. I didn’t want those people to suffer much more. It was deeply upsetting, but it was also a strong driving force to prevent climate change. So, I then decided to dive deeper into it.
From then on, I frequently came up with ways to prevent climate change. Fast forward to 2019, and I gave a speech about climate change to my family, friends, and neighbors. Some of them said that they were influenced by my speech and were helping stop climate change at their house. I realized that my words could influence people and getting them to a larger audience could cause a noticeable change. I decided I would make a comprehensive and easy-to-understand book climate change.
